Because of Cyclone Idai, Malawi has experienced terrible floods. The English Reformed Church is committed to helping our brother and sister there through Mulanje Mission Hospital.
Due to the floods it’s estimated that about 4000 toilets have collapsed, and three villages are in urgent need of new boreholes to ensure a safe water supply. It will cost €24 (£20 or $27) to provide the basic building materials for the community to rebuild a pit latrine. A new borehole and pump is a larger enterprise, costing £4000 or $5300.
You can help them achieve these challenges through a donation which can be transferred to the English Reformed Church’s bank account NL44 ABNA 0547 6235 50. Please mark your transfer as “Donation for Mulanje Mission Hospital”. Every cent will go to the hospital.
