Coffee after the service
Meet your fellow members of the congregation over a cup of coffee after the service each week! And if you enjoy these gatherings, please consider to volunteers once in a while of regularly. Bible Study – 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month
A regular Bible study is organized for those interested and we meet at the Manse (Jan Williem Brouwersstraat 9-II) 19.30 on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month. If you want to know more about it, please contact Reverend Dr. Lance Stone via the Contact form selecting the department ‘Minister’.
Second Wednesday is our joint Taizé service with the Roman Catholic Begijnhof Chapel, a wonderful opportunity to share in ecumenical worship with our near neighbours. If you haven’t given this a try, come along. Services start at 7:30 pm
For those who have not yet been able to attend, we start out by having dinner together and afterward a time of fellowship. We are now looking each month at a chapter from the book, Experiencing God’s Peace by Elizabeth George from the Series ‘A Woman After God’s Own Heart’. The coffee mornings take place on the first Tuesday of each month, a wonderful opportunity for fellowship with members of our congregation who carry the history of our church. Tom Flanagan is always looking for people to help out on the second Monday of the month. A group of four will prepare a meal for the visitors of the homeless shelter De Kloof.
